Youth Worker Vacancy (Youth Inc)

Do you have a heart for young people in rural areas? Could you help build on our successful pilot project and multiply new groups? Could you inspire volunteers from local churches to support young people in following Jesus?

Cambridge & District Youth for Christ is looking to appoint a part-time (15 hours per week) youth worker to help develop youth ministry with a group of rural churches in South Cambridgeshire (Youth Inc). This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership and be part of a movement that sees significant change across the area.

The successful applicant will join our vibrant and growing team, seeking to equip churches to reach every young person with the Good News. 15 hours per week, flexible, for a salary in the range £17,030 to £18,900 (depending on experience) based on 37.5 hours per week.

Do you want to help make a difference in the lives of local young people? Cambridge & District YFC are seeking a part time Office Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with a lively Christian faith. Event Volunteers

The work that we do wouldn’t be possible without a dedicated team of volunteers who offer their time and skills to Cambridge YFC at events through stewarding, catering, first aid, driving and other roles. We’re looking for people who would be willing to volunteer to help at these events – whether you can offer a couple of hours once or twice a year or more. We are looking for a volunteer to join our executive committee. You will be a committed Christian, a member of the local church and enthusiastic about youth ministry. You will have skills or experience in an area relevant to our work and governance. We meet six times a year to oversee the work, and annually for an AGM.
