Clare has over 10 years experience working with young people in local churches, schools and communities. She is passionate about empowering young people to discover their God-given value, purpose and hope. Clare enjoys a city break, loves a good (or bad) romcom, and is a graphic designer.
Katie Willingham
Communications Lead
Katie has experience volunteering in a variety of youth work settings, starting in her teens. She now heads up our communications and gets to share stories of God changing young people’s lives and tell people about our vision and work. Katie enjoys travelling (especially to snowy places!), being creative and chatting over a strong cup of tea.
Hannah Elphick
Senior Youth Worker & Catalyst Worker - YouthInc
Hannah has worked with young people in churches, schools and beyond since being a young person herself. She studied Biblical Languages & Literature so particularly enjoys opening the Bible with young people as well as being committed to journeying with them as they become more confident in the person God has made them to be. Hannah plays the bassoon, enjoys jigsaw puzzles and wishes Cambridge was closer to the sea.
Connor Kennedy
Senior Youth Worker
Connor is passionate about sharing the gospel with young people and wants to make opportunities for young people who may not encounter church. Connor is involved in our mentoring in school, runs our workshops and manages our faith exploration space, Discover. Connor loves hanging out with his Fiancé (soon to be wife), coffee, dogs and football – he supports the mighty Everton FC. COYB!
Jenifer Paul
The Year Out Volunteer
Jenifer is passionate about helping young people discover their identity in Christ and has a heart for wellbeing. She enjoys being present, making time for conversations, and listening to different life experiences. Jenifer has a background in finance and organisation and before joining the team at Cambridge Youth for Christ, she had the wonderful opportunity to work as an Early Years Educator. She loves the beach and the calm and says that although she’s not really a tea person, bubble tea is an exception!
