Drop-Ins
During term time we run three drop-in sessions a week:
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays:
3.30-5pm – Drop-in
Mondays and Tuesdays:
5-5.30pm – DISCOVER, an opportunity to ask questions about faith
These are a safe space in the centre of Cambridge for anyone aged 11-18. Come and drop in for a chat, a game of table football, a tournament on the Nintendo Switch or have a go at any number of our card and board games. We’ve got great coffee and a range of milkshakes, waffles, and toasties on different days of the week. Stay for as long or as little as you want. Hang out with friends, make some new ones or chat with our youth workers. We’d love to meet you!
It is free to access the drop-ins and we always have tea, squash, and toast available for free. We do charge for other food and drink to cover our costs, but these are at very affordable prices and we accept both card and cash.
When you arrive for the first time, we’ll ask you for some basic information on our electronic tablets including your name, date of birth, the name of a parent/guardian, an email for them and an emergency contact number. This is so that we know who is on-site and are able to keep everyone safe. We will then send an email to the address provided to complete a consent form.
Workshops
We run 6-week workshops which aim to develop life skills, build self-esteem, and create meaningful community.

Social Media
We have Instagram and TikTok accounts for our Open House Wellbeing Hub! Just search @openhouse.no40 on either platform! They’re the best place to stay up-to-date with the opening times for our youth drop-ins at No.40 and any workshops or events we have coming up. But they’re also where we share wellbeing tips and stories to encourage and build up young people.
